We enjoyed phenomenal oysters and fantastic live music, of which we are normally not fans, at this stunning bar every night!
GREENHOUSE:
In a constant effort to reduce their environmental footprint, the Greenhouse to grows organic herbs and vegetables right in their backyard. They’re chosen by Capella chefs for a variety of drinks and dishes around the hotel: infused as herbal teas in the Tea Lounge, artfully plated at Côte and Phra Nakhon and soon at a unique private dinner set up within the Greenhouse itself. The assortment of greens changes with the seasons, each seedling positioned in a way that helps the surrounding plants grow healthy, strong and in abundance. Cared for by hand, without machinery or pesticides, it’s a labour of love and a constant work in progress.
PHRA NAKHON:
A sun-washed conservatory and outdoor seating nestled in a lush garden by the river’s edge, Phra Nakhon is a place to revisit, an inviting home kitchen, with traditions recipes handed down.
